1950s Bazou Mixte
Acquired directly from France, this hand built, constructeur-era frame was freshly plated in St. Louis with new decals crafted in Australia. The exquisite brazing, ornate Nervex lugwork and elegant, balanced seat tube lugwork are just some of the hints of its exquisite craftsmanship. It unfolds even more when viewing it in person. This frame comes with nothing other than the matching fork, and what remains of its past—a beautifully preserved, and patinaed, head badge.
Frame Size: 52cm (C-T) seat post & 54cm (C-C) top tube; 100mm (front)/120mm (rear) spacing
Wheel Size: 650b

1987 Schwinn High Sierra
Owned for a decade by Simplicity Vintage Cycles (Josh), this bike was built up as a burly little around-town grocery getter, commuter and errand runner that had grit and character. It has been fully overhauled, with many new consumables, and is eager to serve for another decade.
A truly fun, all-around bike.
Front Soma Deluxe Porter rack and Inside Line Equipment (ILE) Porter waxed canvas rack bag
also available for purchase.

Have you come to this site from an eBay auction?
Perhaps you have seen one of these bicycles on eBay and came directly to the website to learn more about it? If so, you’ll likely notice that the price I have listed on eBay is higher than the price you see listed here. This is due to the incredibly high seller fees that eBay charges. The price I am asking here removes the percentage eBay takes out for a sale which lowers your overall costs. I encourage you to work with me directly for my lower price rather than using eBay as our purchasing platform.
Shipping a full bicycle includes a flat fee of $120 for professional breakdown, padding and boxing by a trusted, local Corvallis bicycle shop. Processing, insurance and actual shipping is done through Bike Flights, for which the buyer is asked to pay.
There is no boxing fee for shipping a frame. Only actual shipping costs, for which the buyer is asked to pay.
Local pickup in Corvallis, Oregon is free and strongly encouraged to ensure a proper hand off.
